Company Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain and combine the remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Heat thoroughly. Do not boil.
    Festive on holidays.
    Serves 6.
