Veal Or Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked veal or chicken, cut into rather small pieces
    4 onions
    3 stalks, celery
    4 carrots, quartered
    3 potatoes, quartered
    4 sprigs parsley
    2 cloves
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic salt
    6 c. gravy
    1 c. boiling water
    2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
    pastry or biscuit crust
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and onions.
    Cut celery into desired size and chop parsley.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and add to gravy.
    Combine all ingredients and bake in a covered casserole for 1 hour in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and cover with pastry or biscuit crust.
    Bake in a hot oven at 450\u00b0 until browned.
    Serves 4.
