Ingredients

2 qt. milk
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine
2 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1/2 to 1 c. sugar (to taste)
1/3 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
bananas
Preparation

Bring milk to boiling in a double boiler over hot water.
Add pudding, cornstarch, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Mix well. Continue cooking until thickened.
Divide into two.
Add a different color food coloring to each.
Chill.
Mix graham crackers, margarine and the 1/4 cup sugar.
After the puddings are cool, put graham cracker mixture on top of one color.
(May save some for garnish.)
Put banana slices on top of graham cracker mixture.
Put other color of pudding on top.
Just before serving, slice more bananas on the top and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker mixture.
