Jiffy Chicken Or Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) chicken noodle soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) biscuits
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; blend in flour and stir well until frothy.
    Add soup; heat until thickened.
    Add chicken and seasonings.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour into greased shallow 3-quart casserole.
    Arrange biscuits on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
