Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 C. water
    3 eggs
    3/4 C. soft margarine
    14 oz. bag of caramels
    7 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. evaporated milk
    16 oz. bag chocolate chips
    1 C. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, water, eggs, and softened margarine. Pour 1/2 of the batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
