"Coney Island" Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
water
1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. powdered cumin
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place meat in skillet (medium heat) and cover with water. While this is cooking, mash meat with a potato masher until fine. Add paprika, chili powder, powdered cumin and salt and pepper. Simmer mixture for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
The finer the meat is mashed, the better the flavor when cooking.
Very good.
