Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
milk to moisten dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation

For pork chop preparation, request butcher to cut a gash or pocket into the side of each chop.
Salt and pepper chops well.
