Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. tomatoes
4 medium onions, chopped
1 large sweet bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. crushed red peppers
Preparation
-
Heat tomatoes, peel and core.
Add tomatoes to ingredients. Cook in a large pan until sauce has cooked down to 1/2 its size.
