Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen broccoli
    2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Sprinkle broccoli, cheese and onion on pie crusts.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie crusts. Cook, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0; cook for about 30 minutes, until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
