Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices of white bread
    1 roll breakfast sausage
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns (potatoes O' Brien)
    1-2 pkgs. of shredded cheddar cheese
    12-14 eggs
    1 cup milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter bread and put, buttered side down in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
    Brown sausage and drain grease.
    Make it a crumbled texture.
    Put on top of bread.
    Cook hash browns as directed on package.
    Layer on top of sausage.
    Top with cheddar cheese. Scramble eggs in separate bowl and add milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly on top of casserole, cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
    Take foil off and cook at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
    You can vary the meat and the cheeses to your taste. Enjoy!!!!
