Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 medium chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook yellow squash, onion, salt and pepper until tender. Drain and mash.
    Add chicken soup, sour cream and grated carrots.
