Lois' Golden Fried Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canola oil
    4 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Place flour, salt and pepper into plastic Ziploc bag. Add chicken and shake well. Place breaded chicken in frying pan in about 1-inch deep oil. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and garlic powder. Fry for 4 minutes on both sides. Keep turning until golden brown.
