Potato Salad(Mother) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium sized potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/4 c. cream
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    13 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
    4 eggs (boiled for top)
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes with cream, salt, pepper and butter. Use 5 eggs.
    Add vinegar and cook until thick.
    Add onion, sugar and pickle juice.
    Add 4 boiled eggs to top.
