Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and Crisco together, beating until light. Add eggs, mixing well.
    Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla, mixing well.
    Start cake in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake in a greased tube pan.
