Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

3 c. chicken (breast), cooked and diced
2 c. cooked rice
2 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
1 1/2 c. celery
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) chicken soup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 small onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and margarine, mixing well.
Pour into one 3-quart baking dish.
Combine margarine and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
