Steak N' Veggies With Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large red onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 large baking potato (9 to 10 oz.), cut into 8 lengthwise wedges
2 zucchini or yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick
Preparation

Place veggies, cut side up, on waxed paper; drizzle with olive oil.
Place beef steak on one side of rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 4 inches from heat.
Arrange onion and potato wedges on other side.
Broil 16 to 18 minutes until steak is medium (160\u00b0) and potatoes and onions are tender.
