Christmas Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar, divided
1 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Slowly add 1/2 cup sugar, a small amount at a time, beating until mixture is smooth; set aside.
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Spoon beaten egg whites into chilled punch bowl.
Beat whipping cream until foamy. Add powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form.
Spoon whipped cream on top of beaten egg whites.
Pour egg yolk mixture over this and carefully fold all ingredients together.
