Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans green beans
1 small chopped onion
1 link smoked sausage, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan, cook meat until brown. Drain off fat. Add green beans, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Cover with water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and simmer for 20 minutes. Add additional 3/4 cup of water to green beans and turn to low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Place into serving dish. Makes 4 servings.
