Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. oat bran
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
grated rind of small orange (1 to 2 tsp.)
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

Coat muffin tin (12 muffins) with Pam.
Stir together first 5 ingredients.
In small bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until just moistened.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
