Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced rhubarb
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet cream
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat egg yolks. Add cream.
Mix salt, sugar and flour together.
Add to egg mixture and pour over rhubarb.
Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
