Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 20 medium potatoes, cooked
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Beat potatoes with electric mixer until smooth.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream.
    If mixture is too stiff, add milk.
    Place in buttered 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    24 servings. Garnish with a large sprig of parsley.
