Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust, partially baked
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. warm milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of nutmeg
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese or another favorite cheese
margarine or butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Spread cheese evenly in bottom of the pie shell and pour the milk mixture over it.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg and dot with margarine. Place pie on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
