Spinach Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 small carton sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 slices fried bacon, crumbled
buttered bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Slowly cook spinach in a very small amount of water.
Do not drain liquid.
Cool slightly.
Fold in sour cream and onion soup mix.
Pour into greased casserole, sprayed with Pam.
Top with buttered bread crumbs and bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
