Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. milk
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. strawberries
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 stick margarine

Preparation

Mix the cake mix, Jell-O,
milk,
oil
and
eggs
until smooth.
Mix the coconut, strawberries
and nuts in a separate bowl.
Mix half of this into the
cake batter.
Save the other half for icing.
Bake in 3 layers at
350\u00b0\tfor
25 to 30 minutes. Into the last half
of
coconut
mixture,\tadd powdered sugar and margarine for icing.
