Mexican Hot Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can hominy, drained
    1 large can hot taco sauce
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook in crock-pot for 6 hours on high.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top while hot.
