Marinated Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 large bell pepper
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. sugar
    1 large onion
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Cut head of cabbage in large bowl.
    Slice onion and bell pepper in rings over cabbage.
    Heat oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed, sugar and mustard.
    Pour over cabbage; marinate overnight. Refrigerate; drain to serve.
    Will last several days.
