Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    8 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar, small quantity at a time.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each.
    Add flour and pineapple, alternately.
    Bake in a large, greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (according to your oven) for 1 hour or until done.
    (I cook mine at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
