Huevos Rancheros(Mexican Ranch Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    chili powder
    Tabasco sauce
    salt
    pepper
    eggs
    cheese slices
    cornmeal tortillas
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients in a frying pan and simmer to blend flavors.
    Poach eggs in sauce (cover eggs as they cook).
    Top with cheese 1 minute before cooked.
    Serve egg and sauce on a warm tortilla.
    Also serve:
    pinto beans; rice or grits, tomatoes, avocados and warm buttered tortillas.
