Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
5 eggs, separated
Preparation

Cream margarine and shortening.
Add sugar; beat until mixture is smooth.
Add egg yolks and beat well.
Combine flour and soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in vanilla, nuts and coconut.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour batter into greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cake is done.
