Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. beaten eggs (measure eggs before beating)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 tsp. chopped pimento
    paprika (for top)
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until mixture is thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in next 3 ingredients (eggs, salt and pepper). Add both cans of corn and pimento. Spoon into buttered baking dish and top with paprika. Fill metal cake pan with 1-inch of water and place casserole dish in this to bake. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand to thicken after baking.
