Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 cup white sugar
    2 cups brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    8 - 9 quarts of popped corn
Preparation
    Cook over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Add baking soda.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Stir and coat well.
    Spread out on pan and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees; stir often.
