Onion-Herb Hamburger Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. dry milk powder
    1/3 c. butter, shortening or margarine
    1 egg
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. toasted dry onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in the water.
    Stir in next 8 ingredients and 3 cups of the flour.
    Beat until smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Turn dough over in a greased bowl; cover and refrigerate 24 hours to 4 days.
