Shrimp Creole(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 bunches green onions
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. shrimp, boiled and cleaned
Preparation
    Saute over medium heat the green pepper, green onion, celery and garlic in margarine (6 to 8 minutes).
    Add tomato paste, water, wine and seasonings.
    Stir to blend.
    Simmer, stirring frequently, over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
