Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    9 c. milk
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Bake in moderate oven to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 3 hours, stirring frequently, during first hour. Cover toward the last.
