Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. cooked popcorn
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. whole nuts
Preparation
    Place corn in a roaster pan.
    Place margarine, sugar, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Stir in vanilla and soda.
    Pour over popcorn in roaster and stir.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
