Marshmallow Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 marshmallows
    2 c. thin cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Then add the sugar, cream and vanilla. Combine thoroughly.
    Place a marshmallow in the bottom of each of 6 custard cups and pour the custard mixture over them.
    Place the custards in a pan of hot water and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until a silver knife will come out clean when inserted in the custard.
    Place in the refrigerator to cool and serve in the cups.
