Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
3 c. shredded raw potatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
applesauce
sour cream
Preparation

Mix together milk, eggs, potatoes, onion and flour.
Put small amounts into greased griddle or frypan (375\u00b0 for electric frypan). Fry until brown on both sides, turning once.
Makes approximately 18 pancakes.
Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
