Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) bags frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pkg. Zesty Italian dressing, mixed as on pkg.
    celery
    onions
    bell pepper
    fresh tomatoes
    zucchini
    Monterey Jack cheese, grated (lots)
Preparation
    Combine veggies. Marinate several hours in prepared Italian dressing.
