Toasted Pecan Cranberry Bark - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 (20-oz.) pkg. vanilla candy coating, chopped
    3/4 c. dried cranberries
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Line cookie sheet with foil, sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake in a pre-heated 325 degree oven 10-15 minutes or until lightly toasted; cool. Coarsely chop the pecans and set aside.
    Heat vanilla coating over low heat stirring constantly until smooth.
    Stir in pecans, cranberries and nutmeg.
    Spread 1/4-inch thick on foil lined cookie sheet.
    Refrigerate until firm; break into pieces.
