Sunday Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Place roast on large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
    Mix soups and cover roast with soup mixture.
    Add potatoes and bring foil up and over roast.
    Roll and secure edges tightly, about 6 inches above roast.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 3 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
