Chicken Kabob Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Chablis or white wine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    3 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 small pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 medium onions, quartered
    1/2 lb. fresh mushroom caps
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
    Combine oil, soy sauce, wine, corn syrup, sesame seed, lemon juice, garlic powder and ginger; mix well.
    Add chicken.
    Cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
    Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
    Alternate chicken, pineapple and vegetables on skewers. Grill about 6 inches from medium-hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done, turning and basting often with marinade.
