Golden Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in the order in which they are listed, except the unbaked pie shell.
    Pour pie filling into the unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn down to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 40 minutes.
    Pie is ready when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
