Potage St. Germain(Pea Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen small peas
    1 carrot, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    3 1/2 c. stock (water plus 2 cubes Knorr chicken stock)
    5 oz. cream (light)
    2 oz. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add peas, carrots, onion and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft.
    Add stock.
    Simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Put through blender until smooth.
    Add cream and serve.
