Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, evaporated milk, flour and seasoned flour. Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Shape into 60 balls. Roll in flour and brown in shortening. Drain off excess fat. Prepare Sweet and Sour Sauce. Pour over meatballs and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
