Ingredients

1 mango (10 to 12 oz.)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. green or red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground turmeric
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel, half and seed mango and cut into 1/2-inch or smaller cubes.
Combine mango with all other ingredients in deep 1 1/2-quart micro-safe casserole; stir thoroughly.
