Cheese Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
    1 lb. can cream-style corn or 2 c. frozen corn
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat egg in mixing bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon in greased, 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
