Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
3 Tbsp. pimento, cut in small strips
3 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt or to taste
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. salad dressing
1 small can peas, drained

Mix together and place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
