Cherry Nut Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. fat, melted
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice
    1/4 c. chopped cherries
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Combine egg and milk.
    Add fat to dry ingredients.
    Stir until dry ingredients are barely moistened. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full of batter.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
