Weihnachten Kuchen(Christmas Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    4 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. whipped cream
    candied fruit
Preparation
    Sift together the flour and baking powder.
    Set aside.
    Beat sugar and margarine until fluffy.
    Add egg yolks and vanilla to the above.
    Add the milk alternately to sugar/egg mixture on low speed.
    Turn the batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans.
