Taco Salad(Club Member: Kristi Mayfield) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head of lettuce
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian dressing
    2 ripe tomatoes
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. Dorito chips
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground meat until slightly brown; drain. Mix other ingredients and add meat after it has cooled. Taco salad is best served while lettuce is still very crisp.
